Book an Appointment
We are by appointment only. No appointment confirmation will not allow us to service you. There is a 10 minute grace period after the appointment time begins. If you do not show up or fail to notify the salon of your tardiness, there will be a late cancellation fee or no-show fee depending on the circumstance.
Cancellation
You have 24 hours BEFORE your appointment to cancel. If the appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service price. If you No Show, No Call for the scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Clients have a 10 minute grace period to show up for their scheduled appointment before being considered a No-Show client. If a client No- Shows or arrives more than 10 min late, 100% of the service fee will be charged to the credit/debit card on file.

All of our service providers at Pink Mango are independent and have different pricing, policies, and availability. To get an exact quote, please reach out to your desired Pink Mango service provider for more information. Since we are appointment only, our girls run on a schedule. If a service is not booked, the service will not be provided. All new hair clients are required to have a consultation prior to booking a service appointment.
