We are by appointment only! No appointment confirmation, no service. There is a 10 minute grace period after the appointment begins. If you do not show up or fail to notify the salon of your tardiness, there will be a late cancellation fee or no-show fee depending on the circumstance.
Appointments
Cancellations and No-Shows
You have 24 hrs BEFORE your appointment time to cancel. If the appointment is not canceled / rescheduled at least 3 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service price. If you No-Show No-Call for the scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Clients have a 10 minute grace period to show up for their scheduled appointment before being considered a No-Show client. If a client No-Shows or arrives more than 10 minutes late, 100% of the service fee will be charged to the credit/debit card on file.
Credit Cards
Credit Card MUST be on file. Our booking websites do check if you have funds on your card. We will be notified if the card is declined. (Normally a $1 soft charge is made to your account and then refunded immediately to ensure there are funds available.) The card is to hold your appointment with the nail tech, and will only be charged if you are a no-show or do not cancel your appointment in time. No refunds will be provided.
Deposits
If you do not have a card to put on file, or simply do not want to put a card on file, a deposit is required to hold the appointment. The deposit amount can be paid in cash or credit card in person, or an invoice can be sent through email and be paid online. The deposit will be credited towards the price of the price of the service. However, this $20 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE in case that the appointment gets canceled or rescheduled.
