Cancellations

  • If you do not cancel/reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled time, 50% of your booked services will be charged to the card on file. If you do not show up and do not cancel your appointment, 100% of your booked services will be charged.

  • These fees are all non-refundable. If you have paid a deposit and cancel or do not show to your appointment, the deposit amount is also non-refundable.

Policies

  • We are by appointment only. To book an appointment, click on the link in the desired stylist or nail tech page.

  • There is a 10 minute grace period after the appointment begins. If you do not show up or fail to notify the salon of your tardiness, there will be a late cancellation fee or no-show fee depending on the circumstance.

  • Credit Card MUST be on file. Our booking websites do check if you have funds on your card. We will be notified if the card is declined. (Normally a $1 soft charge is made to your account and then refunded immediately to ensure there are funds available.) The card is to hold your appointment with the stylist, and will only be charged if you are a no-show or do not cancel your appointment in time.

Deposits

  • If you do not have a card to put on file, or simply do not want to put a card on file, a 50% deposit is required to hold the appointment. The deposit amount can be paid in cash or credit card in person, or an invoice can be sent through email and be paid online.

  • Deposits may also be required if you are being squeezed in by one of our stylists. Nothing is worse than same day appointments that turn into no-shows. The deposit amount will go towards your hair service appointment but the deposit amount is non-refundable if you cancel or do not show. If you want to reschedule a missed appointment, another deposit will be required. 

Salon guarantee

  • Please email pinkmangosalon@gmail.com with any concerns with services you’ve received at Pink Mango.

  • We have a 5 day policy for our nail and hair services. Nails- Please let us know if we need to fix chipped, or lifted work within five days of your appointment date or we will be unable to do the repair. If 5 days have passed, there is repair charge.

  • Pink Mango only allows the person getting the service to be at the salon at this time.

    • No additional people are allowed in the salon.
